Cancellation and Refund Policy


Cash on Delivery(COD)

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the cash is collected against the billed amount when the the product is delivered to the customer.

Once installed/verified, there will not be any refund. Please ensure to collect the warranty card from the person who delivered you the product.

Payment Using Gateway(Credit/Debit/Net Banking)

In case if a customer is paying through credit/Debit/Net Banking, the customer is eligible for full refund. In case the product is dispatched and not delivered, an amount of Rs200 will be withheld. In case the product is installed/ verified there will be no refund. The warranty options can be availed after the delivery of the products. Customers can cancel orders by cancel process through website, calling us at +91 80932 14638 or mailing us at support@jaydil.com.

Note: If the payment is made using credit cards, Net Banking then 3% will be deducted while refund. If the payment is made using Debit cards 1% will while deducted while refund.

The amount will be refund to the Customer within 5 to 7 working Days.
