Return Policy

In case while delivering a certain product the delivery man/customer opts to change the product (Battery, UPS, Tyres), can directly contact Jaydil.

Return of the product will be made based on the valid reasons for return, subject to authenticity and non-tampering of the product.

Once a product is installed/verified, there will not be any return. Please ensure to collect the warranty card from the person who delivered you the product.

If you see there is any damage in the product which is delivered to you then you directly need to contact Jaydil in the presence of the delivery man.
